Job Responsibilities 1. Supervise a work group to assure production of products/services meets daily production schedules. 2. Ensure company safety policy is followed. 3. Ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed and that all employees follow Good Manufacturing Practices. 4. Ensure communication of objectives, programs, policies and that team members are familiar with their authority, responsibilities, and objectives. 5. Ensure achievement of objectives relating to personnel management, personnel safety, product quality, productivity, yield, and scheduling. 6. Oversee training of new employees in proper performance of line tasks. 7. Complete production reports and payroll responsibilities as required. 8. Through leadership, training and effective role modeling, personally ensure that all team members understand and use the Charter, Employee Handbook, Managing Principles and Team Commitment to increase a participatory environment of working together for mutual benefit. 9. Must have flexibility to work various shifts if needed. Minimum Qualifications- Discipline, responsibility, and motivation
