This position is ideal for someone with restaurant experience who is ready to take on more responsibility and help lead the team during daily operations. You will work alongside the team while helping make sure each shift runs smoothly, customers receive great service, and the restaurant stays clean and organized. Responsibilities Lead and support team members during assigned shifts Provide excellent customer service and assist with serving when needed Help coordinate front-of-house operations during busy periods Open and/or close the restaurant Handle customer questions and resolve basic service issues Monitor cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant Make sure opening, closing, and side-work tasks are completed Assist with POS and cash handling Communicate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth service Help train and support new employees Communicate any operational or staffing issues to management Help maintain restaurant standards and procedures Qualifications Previous restaurant experience preferred Leadership or shift lead experience is a plus Reliable, responsible, and punctual Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions during a shift Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Available to work evenings and weekends Ability to work well with both FOH and BOH team members What We Offer $16-$18/hour + Tips Full-time hours available Employee meal/discount Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment We are looking for someone who wants more than just a serving position and is interested in taking responsibility and growing into a larger leadership role.
