Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established recipes and safety standards. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Assist with food handling and over all cleanliness of the store environment. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service restaurant environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient sales processing. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy. You will be trained on food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. You will be trained on cashiering, upselling techniques, and serving customers in a retail or grocery store context is a plus.
