RESPONSIBILITIES

Your core responsibilities are (but not limited to) as follows: Taking orders. Ringing customer retail sales. Creating beverages. Assembling sandwiches. Handing out pastries. Stocking inventory. Sweeping & mopping cafe. Cleaning equipment and regular equipment maintenance. Cleaning & stocking restrooms. Cleaning and maintaining outdoor seating areas. Managing team members shifts/breaks. Directing team members on shifts. Training new team members. Handling customer complaints. Making managerial decisions without guidance. Managing inventory orders. Ensuring daily tasks are complete.

At Death Drip Coffee we believe in sharing with our team. While on shift you are welcome to free beverages and one free food item per shift. Along with a 20% discount on all merchandise in the store. Additionally you will be entitled to 20% off of all food and beverage items when off the clock. As we grow we will add additional benefits!

STARTING DATE

We are preparing for our grand opening and are looking to hire and train BEFORE we open. This would be 1-2 weeks before our grand opening to ensure that our staff is prepared for the event. We ask that you acknowledge this BEFORE you apply as our grand opening date might be subject to change.

PLANNED OPENING

We plan to open the last week of OCTOBER. If this is too far out for you please hold off on applying until you're sure this date will line up with your needs.
