Full-Time Position Summary V&J Foods is seeking a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Manager to lead the daily operations of our Auntie Anne's & Cinnabon location in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The Manager is responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales, labor, food cost, and profitability goals. This position leads by example through outstanding customer service, operational excellence, and team development while ensuring compliance with all company policies, food safety standards, and brand requirements. The role includes overseeing both Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon operations, ensuring product quality and consistency across both brands. (Careers at Auntie Anne's across the US) Essential Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee all daily restaurant operations for both Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon. Ensure all products are prepared according to brand recipes and quality standards. Maintain excellent food presentation, freshness, and portion control. Ensure opening, shift change, and closing procedures are completed accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health regulations. Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance and repairs when necessary. Leadership & Team Development Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new employees. Coach, motivate, and develop crew members and shift leaders. Conduct regular performance evaluations. Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment. Resolve employee concerns professionally. Lead by example through professionalism, integrity, and accountability. Guest Service Deliver exceptional hospitality to every guest. Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally. Encourage repeat business by maintaining high service standards. Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements as needed. Financial Management Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals. Manage labor costs within company targets. Control food cost and minimize waste. Complete daily sales reports and deposits. Maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Analyze sales trends and implement action plans to improve profitability. Inventory & Ordering Order products and supplies. Maintain proper inventory levels. Complete weekly inventory counts. Minimize product shortages and over-ordering. Ensure proper storage using FIFO (First In, First Out). Food Safety & Compliance Maintain ServSafe and food safety standards. Ensure all employees follow sanitation procedures. Monitor food temperatures and product holding times. Ensure compliance with OSHA and workplace safety guidelines. Complete required cleaning and sanitation logs. Marketing & Community Engagement Execute local store marketing initiatives. Promote seasonal and limited-time menu offerings. Support fundraising events and community partnerships. Encourage upselling and suggestive selling to increase average ticket. Performance Expectations Managers will be evaluated based on: Sales growth Labor percentage Food cost percentage Inventory accuracy Guest satisfaction Team retention Health inspection results Brand compliance scores Speed of service Store cleanliness Training completion Profitability Qualifications Required Minimum 2 years of restaurant management or leadership experience. High school diploma or GED. Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Basic computer and POS knowledge. Reliable transportation. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Multi-unit or quick-service restaurant experience. ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days). Experience managing food and labor costs. Experience with inventory management and scheduling software. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods. Lift up to 50 pounds. Bend, reach, kneel, and climb. Work near ovens and hot food equipment. Perform repetitive food preparation tasks. Work in a fast-paced environment.
