The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations, ensure food safety standards are met, and manage team performance to create a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service during shifts. Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance their skills in culinary practices and customer engagement. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process to build a strong team. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and ensure all staff adhere to health standards. Manage inventory levels, track supplies, and assist with ordering as needed. Resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels. Collaborate with management to implement strategies that improve operational efficiency and profitability. Experience Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role within the food industry is preferred. Strong culinary knowledge with an understanding of food safety practices. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully. Familiarity with casual dining settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
