Position Type:

Full-Time (32-40 hrs) What You'll Do As our Kitchen Lead, you'll take ownership of daily kitchen operations and team performance: Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure smooth, efficient service Supervise, train, and support kitchen staff , setting clear expectations and maintaining standards Delegate tasks and manage workflow during prep and service Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet Gnoshery standards Handle weekly inventory and ordering , keeping the kitchen stocked and organized Maintain strict adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation guidelines Step in on the line as needed — leading by example during busy shifts Collaborate on menu ideas, specials, and kitchen improvements What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who is: A Strong Leader
