Role What You'll Do:
Help coordinate people and equipment to keep warehouse operations running efficiently. Lead and support warehouse team members, providing training and guidance as needed. Make sure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. Keep inventory accurate and assist with physical counts when needed. Monitor team performance and look for ways to improve productivity and workflow. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment. Operate forklifts and ensure proper certification is maintained. Use JDE 9.1 and other systems for data entry and tracking. Help ensure compliance with safety and food regulations (FSMA, HACCP & HARPC, GMP, sanitation). Step in where needed-no two days are exactly the same! Attend training and continue building your leadership skills.

What We're Looking For Experience in warehouse operations and a strong understanding of how things work. Forklift experience and certification (required). Familiarity with JDE 9.1 or similar systems. A natural ability to lead, train, and support others. Strong communication and organizational skills. A team-oriented mindset and attention to detail. Basic computer skills for data entry. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 40 lbs occasionally. Comfort with standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing stairs throughout the day. Ability to work extended hours and overtime as needed (up to 60 hours/week). Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
