The PM Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for ensuring staff is in compliance with company procedures and providing the highest quality service and products with maximum operating results. This is a full-time position with night and weekend availability. Must currently hold a valid Wisconsin Driver's License with a clean driving record If not currently held, must be able to obtain the following within 90 days of hire: Wisconsin Responsible Beverage Server Course, an up to date Operator's License for the Village of Lake Delton, and be certified in food safety. This position requires the ability to frequently and repeatedly lift up to 50+ pounds and walk roughly 5+ miles per shift. Essential duties and tasks of the position include but are not limited: Supervision of staff to include; training, discipline, scheduling and visually monitoring performance to ensure adherence to all service and productivity standards to provide exceptional internal and external guest satisfaction. Greeting and informing guests and team members of specials and new items in the restaurants. Ensuring that the restaurants/food outlets adhere to Wilderness Resort standards, cleanliness, conditional, and service standards at all times. Addressing opportunities or concerns of a guest and resolving them in a timely manner. Work closely with and report all issues/feedback to the Sr. Food & Beverage Manager. Oversee nightly shifts. Complete mastery of all duties including bartender, server, busser, hostess, and dishwasher. Assist with overseeing the rest of the Food and Beverage Department as the F&B Supervisor on Duty. Product ordering and inventory tracking for the assigned outlet. Wilderness Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer•
