RESTAURANT DISTRICT MANAGER
+ Reports to Director of Operations
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Build positive relationships with General Managers and staff. + Exceed system comparable sales average and traffic growth targets. + Support training initiatives for all management & hourly level team members + Ensure customer experience and satisfaction by exceeding the system averages in hospitality and service metrics. + Train, teach, coach, and educate store managers and their management staff on restaurant operations and training systems to effectively elevate restaurant performance and increase profitability. + Educates General Managers on how to effectively run restaurant operations. + Conducts restaurant operations evaluations and scored inspections + Record all sales weekly and monitor voids and discounts. + Effectively manages assigned areas of the P&L and budgets; audits voids; cash; discounts. + Quality Control of restaurants. + Safety and health auditing. + Regularly transport materials, computer equipment, marketing materials, manuals, small wares, forms, and other items necessary to restaurants.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
+ Minimum high school graduate + Experience in restaurant or business/field training is highly desired and recommended. + Two years in management experience at General Manager level. + Must have experience in multi-unit food service. + Servsafe certified. + Ability to define problems, collect data/ information to draw conclusions and make sound training & business decisions. Perform such similar, comparable, or related duties as may be required or assigned.
