As an Back of House Supervisor your job is watching kitchen operations by supervising staff, maintaining correct cleaning procedures, maintaining food quality and safety standards, managing labor, and ensuring efficient, high-quality service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Supervised and coordinated daily back-of-house operations to ensure efficient kitchen performance. Trained, coached, and scheduled kitchen staff while promoting teamwork and productivity. Monitored food preparation to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to recipes and presentation standards. Enforced food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations throughout the kitchen.. Oversaw station setup, closing procedures, and kitchen cleanliness. Resolved operational issues quickly to maintain smooth service during high-volume shifts. Coordinated with front-of-house management to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Ensured compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
