Responsibilities Manage comprehensive travel planning and scheduling for clients, including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities. Reservation systems to book and modify travel arrangements accurately. Provide outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their preferences, and addressing their needs promptly. Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and service providers to ensure reservations are confirmed and special requests are met. Maintain organized records of all bookings, itineraries, and client communications for easy access and follow-up. Qualifications Bilingual required : Korean & English Experience in travel operations or a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry or not. Strong knowledge of reservation platforms, and hotel/hospitality management tools. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to organize multiple tasks efficiently in a remote (sales environment) setting. Familiarity with travel planning processes including flight booking, hotel reservations, transportation logistics, and itinerary management. Experience working with reservation systems and understanding of the travel industry standards. Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all bookings and client interactions. Entry-level applicants are welcome.
