Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and desired destinations, providing tailored travel solutions. Utilize global distribution systems (GDS) and reservation systems to book flights, hotels, tours, and other travel arrangements efficiently. Manage travel scheduling and coordinate multiple components of complex itineraries to ensure seamless travel experiences. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the planning process, addressing questions and providing updates. Stay informed about the latest trends in the travel industry, including hotel options and hospitality services, to offer current recommendations. Assist clients with travel documentation, visa requirements, and other essential preparations for international trips. Demonstrate organizational skills by managing multiple bookings simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Qualifications Proven experience as a Leisure Travel Advisor or in a similar role within the travel industry. Strong customer service background with excellent client communication skills. Familiarity with reservation systems, hotel experience, and hospitality services. Experience working in a remote sales environment is highly desirable. Knowledge of global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre is preferred. Demonstrated ability to plan detailed itineraries and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
