Due to continued growth, Perfect Smiles is looking to add a motivated and experienced Traveling Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to our team. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, comfortable environment for our patients while delivering exceptional customer service in a fun, team-oriented atmosphere.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and friendly Treatment Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will focus on guiding patients through their orthodontic treatment journey, including treatment planning, financial coordination, and ongoing patient communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients in understanding treatment options and developing scheduling and payment plans Build trust and understand each patient's goals and needs Conduct treatment and financial consultations for new and existing patients Educate patients on dental insurance and benefits Follow office protocols for collections and outstanding balances Follow up with patients and document all interactions in practice software Maintain communication with patients regarding treatment, events, and office updates Update treatment statuses as needed Submit pre-authorizations to Medicaid Perform general office and administrative duties
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of orthodontic experience preferred Strong communication and case presentation skills Team-oriented with a passion for patient care Ability to travel between multiple office locations Knowledge of dental insurance and financial coordination

Off Additional Details:
This role requires travel between our Beverly, Bridgeport, and Oak Forest locations, with Beverly serving as the home office.
