Job Description

Experienced Leisure Travel Agent—Antietam/WorldTravelService, Frederick, MD WorldTravelService® is the Mid-Atlantic's largest Virtuoso Member Agency with offices in and around the
MD. VA, & DC
beltway. WorldTravelService® is an esteemed member of the Virtuoso Travel Consortium, a worldwide network of luxury travel providers.
Key requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-years as an experienced leisure travel agent.
  • Certification is highly desired (CTA, CLIA, Disney, having or passing the Travel Agent Proficiency Test (TAP). Recent certifications or memberships within the past 2 years may be considered.
  • Experience in booking domestic & international reservations for rail tickets, hotels & cars.
  • Effective written & verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with travel technology, such as Client Base, Travelfly, etc. GDS experience is desired but not required.
  • Ability to work onsite in a full time position, M
  • F, no evenings or weekends.
  • Independent contractors (IC's) selling leisure packages are encouraged to apply!
Final selection will be based on receiving a passing score on the Travel Agent Proficiency (TAP). The online TAP will be administered and scored by a separate professional travel organization.
Pay:
$45,000.00
