ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following, and other duties may be assigned. Run reports at end of day for manifest. Enter tour guest information into computer. Input salespeople for daily attendance. Write and enter VAC-PAC appointments. Assist with progress reports. Take invitations to gift room and sales floor. Locate sales representatives and making sure that they have picked up their tours. Dispense telephone messages. Assist other sales departments as needed. Must be able to work weekends and Holidays.
QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITIES
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
