Purpose of Position The Global Travel Specialist supports day to day travel and lodging programs for NetJets employees and crew, with a primary focus on hotel and travel bookings for special events, peak periods, and ongoing operations. This role provides operational support to Global Travel Program while ensuring a high level of service, accuracy, and financial integrity. The Global Travel Specialist works collaboratively with internal partners and external suppliers to coordinate travel logistics, resolve amenities concerns and issues, and reconcile expense reports. The role is execution focused and contributes to continuous improvement through data tracking, issue identification, and process adherence. Tasks and Responsibilities Coordinate hotel and ground transportation bookings for special events, peak travel periods, training sessions, and crew needs. Support airline, hotel, and ground transportation programs by executing established processes and service standards. Monitor Travel Feedback and ratings to action plan and provide resolutions. Assist with onboarding and communication related to travel program updates and offerings. Create, track, and reconcile expense reports related to travel and lodging services. Review invoices for accuracy; investigate discrepancies and work with suppliers and internal finance partners to resolve issues. Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and spend data. Support reporting and KPI tracking by compiling data related to usage, deviations, and service performance. Monitor feedback, service deviations, and operational issues; escalate patterns and concerns to Program Managers. Assist with root cause analysis by identifying trends and documenting findings. Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and service consistency. Partner closely with Global Travel Program Managers, Coordinators, Finance, and Operations teams. Communicate professionally with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Represent NetJets travel programs with a service‑oriented, safety‑first mindset. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Education Associate's in Hospitality or Travel Certifications and Licenses Years of Experience 2-4 years of experience Core Competencies Adaptability Collaboration Curiosity Service-Oriented Strives For Positive Results Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs) Experience supporting travel, lodging, or event related logistics. Basic financial administration skills, expense report reconciliation. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams. Service oriented approach with a focus on safety and reliability. Adaptability to changing priorities and operational needs.
