AAA Oregon/Idaho is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Travel Agent to join our Medford travel team. Based out of our service center in Medford, Oregon, this role will be key to promote travel sales and offer an exceptional travel experience to our members. We have been helping our members with travel on the road, sea and sky for over 100 years. That legacy exists in part because of our thriving travel agency, which continues to stay ahead of the curve in the industry and champions the innovative ideas to improve the way we work. •This position is 100% onsite in Medford, OR•Your role on the team: As a Travel Agent, you will exhibit exceptional member service while providing advice and recommendations to enhance their travel experience—confirming all travel arrangements, building rapport with members, and fostering long-lasting travel connections. You will research, reserve, and finalize domestic and international travel arrangements including cruises, tours, resort packages, and activities. You are focused, detail-oriented and thrive in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
