Key Responsibilities Assist clients with planning and booking international cruise vacations based on destination preferences, travel needs, timelines, and budgets. Recommend cruise lines, itineraries, cabins, packages, excursions, travel options, and upgrades to create a customized travel experience. Manage reservations, payments, changes, cancellations, travel documentation, and client communications throughout the booking process. Provide excellent service by following up with clients before, during, and after travel to support a smooth and positive experience. Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and additional sales. Stay current on cruise destinations, promotions, international travel requirements, cruise industry trends, and supplier offerings.

Compensation and Benefits Salary range:
