This is a commission-based business development and client advisory role for motivated professionals with a strong network, proven relationship-building ability, and experience serving affluent, executive, high-net-worth, or high-expectation clients. Company is not a mass-market travel agency or transactional charter broker. We operate as an aviation-first private travel advisory, helping clients access private aircraft, luxury travel support, and a higher level of service, discretion, and oversight. Aviation experience is helpful, but not required. We are especially interested in candidates from luxury travel, hospitality, private clubs, high-end real estate, entertainment, wealth management, concierge, lifestyle management, luxury sales, executive services, or other relationship-driven industries. The right candidate is highly motivated, service-oriented, discreet, entrepreneurial, and capable of representing a premium private aviation and luxury travel brand with confidence and professionalism. Responsibilities Identify and introduce qualified prospective clients to MARQUIS Develop relationships with executives, entrepreneurs, affluent travelers, family offices, entertainment contacts, luxury real estate professionals, wealth advisors, private clubs, concierge teams, executive assistants, and other referral sources Educate prospects on private aviation advisory, charter support, membership options, and luxury travel capabilities Build and manage a personal outreach pipeline of qualified prospects and referral partners Conduct initial discovery to understand client travel needs, private aviation habits, service expectations, and current provider frustrations Coordinate with the internal team on qualified opportunities, proposals, and next steps Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects, clients, and referral sources Represent company professionally by phone, email, LinkedIn, private introductions, and in-person networking Uphold the company's standard of discretion, confidentiality, and elevated service Track outreach activity, qualified introductions, and relationship development Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, luxury service, client advisory, hospitality, travel, real estate, entertainment, private client services, financial services, or a related relationship-driven field Existing qualified network or demonstrated ability to develop high-value relationships Strong understanding of premium client service and the expectations of affluent or executive clients Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Professional, polished, discreet, and emotionally intelligent Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently Comfortable with commission-based compensation and performance-based income Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail Ability to communicate premium service value without being pushy or transactional Well-traveled or familiar with luxury hospitality, private travel, or high-end client service environments preferred Private aviation experience is helpful, but not required Preferred Backgrounds Strong candidates may come from one or more of the following industries: Luxury travel advisory Private aviation Yacht charter Luxury hospitality Five-star hotels or resorts Private clubs High-end real estate Entertainment, media, production, or talent management Wealth management or family office services Concierge or lifestyle management Luxury automotive, jewelry, art, fashion, or premium sales Executive assistant, chief-of-staff, or estate management roles supporting UHNW or executive clients Compensation This is a commission-based position with performance bonus opportunities. For the right Advisor — particularly someone with an existing network of executives, entrepreneurs, affluent travelers, family offices, luxury clients, entertainment contacts, private club relationships, real estate clients, or strategic referral sources — this role offers a realistic opportunity to build six-figure income. Compensation is tied to qualified introductions, client acquisition, membership opportunities, charter activity, and closed business.
