Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and desired experiences Design customized travel itineraries including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation options Provide expert recommendations on accommodations, attractions, and local activities based on client needs and preferences Assist clients in booking travel arrangements accurately and efficiently using various booking platforms Offer ongoing support during the planning process and address any questions or concerns promptly Stay informed about the latest travel trends, destination updates, and industry regulations to offer current advice Maintain detailed records of client interactions, preferences, and bookings to ensure seamless service delivery Skills Proven experience in sales with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building Strong background in customer service within the travel or hospitality industry Excellent travel planning skills with knowledge of popular destinations, hotels, and attractions Prior hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable to enhance client recommendations Exceptional communication skills to clearly convey information and build rapport with clients Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple client inquiries effectively Passion for travel and a proactive attitude toward staying updated on industry developments
