Duties Assist clients in planning and booking comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, and local attractions to enhance customer experiences Handle customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat to resolve issues or answer questions about their travel plans Coordinate with hotels and service providers to secure reservations and special requests aligned with client preferences Maintain detailed records of bookings, client preferences, and communication logs to ensure smooth travel arrangements Upsell additional services such as travel insurance or excursions to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities Stay updated on current travel trends, hotel experiences, and destination information to offer accurate guidance
