What You'll Do Help customers plan unforgettable dive vacations Coordinate domestic and international group travel Build relationships with resorts, liveaboards, and travel partners Manage trip registrations and traveler communications Create exciting travel promotions and social media content Host travel information nights and special events Travel with groups on select expeditions Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first inquiry through the return home Who We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you are: Friendly, outgoing, and confident talking with people Highly organized and dependable Comfortable using technology and social media Motivated by goals and performance-based rewards Excited about travel and outdoor adventure A team player who enjoys helping others Willing to learn new skills and grow professionally Diving Experience You must be: A certified scuba diver OR Willing and physically able to become certified through Scuba Connection within your first six months of employment. If you've always wanted to learn to dive, we'll help you get there. Preferred Background We're especially interested in candidates with interests or education in: Hospitality Tourism Marketing Communications Business Event Planning Recreation Marine Science Outdoor Adventure Recent college graduates, current college students with flexible schedules, and motivated early-career professionals are encouraged to apply. For the first two to three years, this role is designed as a part-time entrepreneurial position with a modest base salary and significant performance incentives.
