Hilton Head Guest Services is looking for enthusiastic tour coordinators to join our growing team. What you'll do: As a tour coordinator, you'll be an important part of creating amazing vacation experiences for our VIP owners and guests while supporting our Tour production and In-House concierge team.

Your day may include:

• Assisting our tour production team with manifesting tours
• Printing tickets and assisting VIP guests with their vacation needs
• Data entry and computer related tasks
• Preparing memos, reports, bonuses and other administrative duties
• Completing weekly inventory of supplies and merchandise
• Helping create a welcoming, fun and memorable guest experience

What We're Looking For:

• Available to work weekends, evenings and holidays
• Comfortable using computers, especially

MICROSOFT WORD AND EXCEL

• In possesion of a valid driver's license
