Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Meeting and Travel Coordinator for their Corporate Purchasing Department. The right candidate will report to the Corporate Meeting Planner. This individual is responsible for assisting with all aspects of meeting and travel coordination, in addition to collaborating with and supporting the Purchasing team. Using discretion when working with confidential information concerning the company, executive management and employees is a must. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities may include execution of travel planning services and coordination of logistical details. Responsibilities will also include some general administrative tasks. The position requires strong analytical skills, as well as computer skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management, staff and external vendors.
