You'll partner closely with advisors and play a key role in delivering high-value solutions to HNW clients. What You'll Be Doing Develop relationships with RIAs, financial advisors, and COIs Present trust solutions to clients and referral partners Identify and qualify opportunities within
HNW/UHNW
markets Collaborate internally to structure client solutions Maintain and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities Travel for meetings, conferences, and partner visits (~50%) Track and report on sales activity and performance What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in trust, estate planning, or wealth environments Working knowledge of trust structures and fiduciary strategies Client-facing experience with advisors or HNW clients Interest or experience in sales/business development Strong relationship-building and communication skills Driven, organized, and performance-oriented Advanced designations (CFP®, JD, CTFA) preferred MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
