Primary Job Duties
Coordinate and secure hotel reservations for crewmembers
Book and monitor all pilot and flight attendant deadhead flights to secure travel
Liaise with the hotel booking company
Research and reschedule flights as necessary
Make changes and updates required to resolve displaced crewmember schedules
Weekly and monthly auditing Receive & respond to calls/chats with crewmembers requiring update accommodations
Other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor
Minimum Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
Must demonstrate detailed record-keeping techniques
Flexible, with strong detail skills and capability of assuming responsibility
Ability to work under tight time constraints
Must be able to effectively communicate verbally, electronically, and in person with crewmembers, management, and others
Ability to adapt to change quickly and positively
Ability to work with others as part of a team and work under stressful conditions
People oriented, highly motivated, with a positive and cooperative attitude
Demonstrates stable work history with reliable attendance
Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Physical and Other Requirements
This position is based at SkyWest Headquarters in St. George, UT (no remote positions available)
Moderate noise (business office with computers, printers, light traffic, and group settings)
Sitting for extended periods in front of a computer and on the phone
Must not have received a regret for the same position in the last 90 days. Applicants are only considered every 90 days
This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position
Shift:
Sun-Wed, 0300-1400 with every other Wednesday off, or Wed-Sat 0300-1400 with every other Wednesday off
