Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Full or Part-Time Travel Agent for a luxury minded Travel Agency, where your passion for travel and exceptional customer service will help clients explore the world with confidence and excitement. In this role, you will craft personalized travel itineraries, manage reservations, and provide expert guidance on destinations, accommodations, and activities. Whether working remotely or in a busy office environment, you will be the go-to professional for clients seeking seamless travel experiences. Your organizational skills and industry knowledge will ensure every trip is memorable, smooth, and tailored to individual preferences. This paid position offers an engaging opportunity to turn wanderlust into reality while developing your expertise in the vibrant travel industry. We would prefer having the applicant have 3-5 years of travel agency experience. Salary commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Assist clients in planning and booking comprehensive travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities using reservation systems and global distribution systems (GDS) Provide expert advice on destinations, travel documentation, visas, and health requirements to ensure smooth journeys Manage travel schedules efficiently by coordinating multiple bookings and adjusting plans as needed Communicate clearly with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and special requests, ensuring personalized service at every step Utilize hotel experience and hospitality knowledge to recommend accommodations that meet client expectations Maintain detailed records of bookings, client interactions, and itinerary changes for accurate tracking and follow-up Stay updated on industry trends, new destinations, and GDS advancements to deliver current and relevant travel options Skills Proven experience working in a remote sales environment or similar setting with strong self-motivation and communication skills Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle client inquiries professionally Strong knowledge of travel scheduling, planning processes, and reservation systems including GDS platforms Familiarity with the travel industry's best practices, hotel operations, and hospitality standards Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple bookings simultaneously Effective client communication skills to understand needs clearly and provide tailored recommendations Experience with hotel booking systems and reservation management tools is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for travel meets your talent for service!
