REQUIREMENTS

Live—or relocate to—the Fairbanks area​ (we do not offer packages for relocation) MUST have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record MUST have extensive experience driving in extreme winter-weather conditions Comfortable driving large, passenger vans Strong communication skills, emotional intelligence & interpersonal tact Operate autonomously & enforce company safety policies Possess in-depth , local knowledge Willing to work on weekends, nights, & in sub-zero temperatures Prefer ages 25+ PERKS
