Duties Must be a highly motivated team player Athlete or military type that gets things done and never takes no for an answer Safely operate passenger vehicles along designated tour routes, adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols. Provide engaging commentary about local history, culture, and points of interest to enhance the visitor experience. Manage group dynamics with professionalism, ensuring all guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and informed throughout the tour. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely departures and arrivals, maintaining excellent time management. Assist guests with boarding, disembarking, and any special needs or inquiries they may have during the tour. Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle before and after each trip. Handle customer service interactions with a positive attitude, resolving any issues promptly to uphold our high standards of hospitality. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement strictly required. Proven experience in public speaking or teaching, with the ability to captivate diverse audiences. Multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with international visitors, a plus Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills. Exceptional customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Effective time management skills to ensure tours run on schedule without rushing guests.
