This paid position offers a unique opportunity to combine outdoor fun with exceptional customer service, all while promoting safety and environmental stewardship. Responsibilities Lead guests through the entire zipline experience, providing clear instructions and enthusiastic encouragement. Conduct safety briefings, demonstrating proper use of equipment and emergency procedures with confidence. Monitor guests throughout the tour to ensure adherence to safety protocols and address any concerns promptly. Engage with diverse groups by utilizing multilingual or bilingual skills to enhance guest understanding and comfort. Manage time efficiently to keep tours running smoothly and on schedule, maximizing guest satisfaction. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate operations and ensure a seamless experience. Share knowledge about local ecology and environment, inspiring guests to appreciate and respect nature. Requirements Demonstrated leadership skills to guide groups confidently and handle unexpected situations calmly Strong public speaking skills to clearly explain safety procedures and course details enthusiastically Excellent customer service skills to create welcoming, memorable experiences for all visitors Effective time management to coordinate guest activities smoothly in a fast-paced environment Clear communication skills for instructing guests and collaborating with team members Teaching experience or the ability to educate guests about safety practices and environmental features is a plus Must be able to lift 75lbs Must be able to fulfill all aspects of the job Must be at least 16yr or older Must have a reliable mode of transportation
