Job Description

Job Overview Aura Adventures is seeking energetic, outgoing, and reliable team members to help create unforgettable experiences for our guests. This position is primarily night time Monday-Saturday for glow in the dark. As a team member, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with kayak and pedal boat rentals, providing safety instructions, and ensuring every visitor has a fun and memorable experience. This is a hands-on outdoor position perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, being active, and spending time on the water. Team members play a key role in maintaining equipment, keeping the facility clean and organized, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience Assist with check-in, waivers, and reservations Conduct safety briefings and explain equipment operation Help launch and retrieve kayaks and pedal boats Monitor guests on the water Clean, inspect, and maintain equipment and facilities Assist with special events, group outings, and team-building activities Take photos and help create memorable guest experiences Maintain a positive, professional attitude at all times Experience Friendly and outgoing personality Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to work nights Comfortable around water and willing to participate in water-based activities Previous customer service, recreation, tourism, or watersports experience is a plus but not required
Pay:
