Door Crew / Security - Fall Semester Rush (Hiring Now)
Schedule:
Nights (Wed-Sat), flexible shifts, late nights required
Location:
Flagstaff, AZ (Right near NAU) About Bandos Bandos is Flagstaff's biggest, wildest college bar. We're gearing up for a massive fall semester and need a solid crew at the front door and on the floor to keep the vibes right and the energy high. We're locally owned, high-energy, and a tight-knit team—no corporate nonsense here. What You'll Actually Do Be the first face people see. You set the tone for the night with a good attitude, checking IDs quickly and accurately. Manage high-volume crowds (we easily host 600 to 1,200+ guests a night) and keep an eye on the floor to make sure everyone is safe and having a good time. Hype up the spot online. We need team players who are down to engage with our social media—whether that's jumping into Instagram Reels/TikToks, sharing event posts on your own feed, or helping us create content that keeps Bandos packed. Work closely with the bar staff and management to handle any situations calmly, professionally, and respectfully. What We're Looking For Presence and Personality. You don't need to be a bodybuilder, but you do need confidence, a thick skin, and a great sense of humor. Title IV Certificate. Must have it or be willing to get it within 30 days of hiring. Calm under pressure. We value people who can de-escalate situations with words and a smile, not an attitude. Reliability and a willingness to participate in our social media push. Ability to work late nights and weekends. The Perks Competitive pay plus a solid team atmosphere. We work around your NAU or CCC school schedules.
