Job Description

Crease Group is a global vertically integrated apparel design, development, and manufacturing company. We build and produce for some of the most recognizable brands in the world, and we're increasingly building and owning brands of our own. We operate across the US and Asia, with a design-led manufacturing base in Hong Kong & China that most of our industry can only dream of – an industry leading design HQ, real factories, real product moving at scale. We've built a highly engaged global community of 300k+ followers across our channels – an audience with real, largely untapped potential – and we're recognized as an industry leader in apparel and accessory manufacturing. We're looking for a Head of Brand & Content to own how our brand shows up in the world – our voice, our look, our story – and to build a content engine that runs like a machine across social, video, and everything in between. This is a founder-adjacent role. You'll work directly with our CEO, in-office in Scottsdale, and you'll have something most people in this field never get: access to a genuinely cinematic story – factories, product, the making of things – and the mandate to tell it.
Important:
this is a hands-on role, not a strategy-deck role. You'll set the direction and be expected to follow through with execution. If you want to own brand from behind a slide deck and hand everything off, this isn't it. If you want to own the voice and build the thing with your own hands, keep reading. What you'll own
Strategy:
The content strategy, calendar, and brand voice across every channel – what we make, why, and how it sounds.
The engine:
An evergreen content engine: a consistent, high-quality flow of reels, short-form video, and carousels that builds our brand and brings business to our door.
Direction:
Directing a small production team – a videographer on the ground in Asia and a designer – briefing them, reviewing their work, and holding the quality bar.
Hands-on craft:
Shaping founder-led and on-the-ground footage into finished, scroll-stopping content – you're hands-on in the edit, not just directing from above.
The system:
Owning our channels, asset library, and documented voice as company assets – building a system that runs consistently, not one that lives in one person's head. What your days look like You own the calendar and decide what gets made. You write the hooks, the scripts, the captions. You edit the taste-critical pieces yourself and direct the rest. You brief the videographer and designer, review what comes back, and push it live. You watch what's working and adjust. Some days you're deep in strategy with the CEO; some days you're deep in the edit. You're comfortable with both. Who you are
Proven:
You've been the person (or the strong right hand) running brand and content at a company whose work people notice – DTC, apparel, consumer, or creator-led. You're ready to own it fully.
Brand instinct:
You own the voice and the look – how the brand sounds, feels, and shows up — and you have the taste to hold a high bar across everything that goes out. Hands-on (non-negotiable): You can actually make the work – edit video, cut short-form, write copy that lands, direct a shoot. Deck-only brand people won't thrive here; makers will. This is the single most important thing. Builder, not just talent: Strong instincts, but the discipline to build a repeatable system around them – you value the machine working over being the star of it.
Commercial:
You think in terms of what content does for the business – reach, engagement, and pipeline – not just what looks good.
Local:
Based in or ready to relocate to the Scottsdale-Phoenix area. This is an in-office role, working closely with the CEO. Why this role A rare story to tell – real factories, real product, real scale most brands can't show. Direct access to the founder and a real seat at the table, not a cog in a big marketing machine. The chance to build the engine your way and grow it across a portfolio of brands and ventures as we expand. Competitive salary and benefits. Global travel included. How to apply Share your portfolio. We care far more about what you've made and the brands you've shaped than a perfect resume. Share a short note on what you'd do with a story like ours, and links to content you're proud
