The Kid Zone Staff will support the development of an engaging, dynamic, and well-supervised setting for all participants, while cultivating an inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. Provide welcoming, responsive service to families, encourage participation in Y programs, and contribute to a professional, collaborative team culture. Job description will be provided during interview.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Age:

16 years with valid work permit.

Experience & Skills:

Preferred 2 years' work experience with children ages 6 weeks to 11 years old. Experience in customer service preferred. Excellent communication and organization skills.

Certifications:

First Aid and CPR certifications required (training provided and paid for by the YMCA).
