Full Job Description Pay:
$50 per hour + 100% of Tips - Service Business Job description: Overview Join our dynamic team as a Tour Guide/Driver and become the face of Washington DC. This exciting role combines of leading engaging tours with the responsibility of ensuring safe, comfortable transportation for diverse groups of travelers. As a vital ambassador for our company, you will showcase landmarks of Washington DC , share captivating stories and driving our golf carts ( low speed vehicles) or van as a transportation of a small groups. BiWeekly pay, 1099 position Responsibilities Lead guided tours across various destinations, providing informative and lively commentary on local history, culture, and points of interest Safely operate company vehicles, adhering to traffic laws and safety protocols at all times Manage tour schedules efficiently, ensuring timely departures and arrivals while maintaining a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all participants Collaborate with team members to plan routes, update tour content, and enhance overall service quality Experience Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with international guests effectively Proven experience in public speaking or teaching roles that involve presenting information clearly and engagingly Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent time management skills to coordinate schedules smoothly and keep tours on track Effective communication skills to interact seamlessly with diverse audiences and team members Previous driving experience with a valid driver's license; familiarity with safety regulations is essential
