In this role, you'll be the face of the guest experience—guiding thrill-seekers through our trails and coaching them on the target ranges. What You'll Be Doing:
Trail Leading:
After fully learning and mastering our trail system, you will confidently lead guests on exhilarating, guided ATV and UTV tours.
Safety First:
Deliver clear, commanding, and engaging safety briefings to groups of guests before they head out on vehicles or handle equipment.
Target Sports Instruction:
Learn, facilitate, and oversee our target activities, including archery, axe throwing, and clay shooting (full training provided).
Park & Equipment Maintenance:
Keeping the park looking and running great. During downtime and at the end of shifts, you will jump in on tasks like pressure washing ATVs/UTVs, cleaning helmets and goggles, trail clearing/trimming, and other general park upkeep.
Guest Experience:
Keep the energy high, answer questions, enforce park rules, and ensure every guest has a safe and unforgettable adventure.
What We're Looking For:
Age & Licensing:
All applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
Local Candidates Only:
We are looking for candidates who are already in the local area. No relocation assistance is provided, and we are not looking for candidates who would have a long commute.
Florida Weather Warrior:
You must be 100% comfortable working outdoors in all elements, with a high tolerance for the intense Florida heat, humidity, and seasonal rain.
ATV Experience:
Prior ATV or UTV experience is desired, but not required for the right fit—we are happy to train the right attitude! Willingness to

Strong Communicator:
