More than a tour guide, you'll be the face of our company—creating unforgettable experiences through engaging storytelling, exceptional guest service, and a genuine passion for Key West. What You'll Do Lead guided walking tours through historic Key West. Deliver company-approved stories with confidence and personality. Welcome guests and provide a fun, professional experience. Manage group safety, pacing, and engagement. Represent Ghost City Tours with professionalism and pride. Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to create memorable experiences. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Reliable and dependable. Comfortable speaking to groups. Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused. Passionate about Key West and its history. Coachable and eager to learn. Professional and responsible. Experience in hospitality, tourism, theater, teaching, customer service, restaurants, or public speaking is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training. Requirements Applicants must be able to: Speak clearly to groups outdoors. Learn and retain tour material. Walk and stand for the duration of tours, with or without reasonable accommodation. Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak tourism seasons.
