Location Southwest Full/Part Time Part-Time Exempt from Classified Service No Minimum Rate 17.05 Min Pay Frequency Hourly Maximum Rate 28.28 Max Pay Frequency Hourly Regular/Temporary Regular Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Six months of customer service experience are required. Must possess a Driver license. Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays on a varying schedule. Completion of college coursework may substitute for the required work experience on a year-for-year basis. Experience as a tour guide, an attraction guide or public speaking is preferred. Recruitment Notes Customer service focused work in the Revenue Transportation Operation at Zoo Miami. Duties include providing narrated upbeat and exciting tours through VIP cart tours and/or driving trams for Zoo Miami guests.
