SCOPE OF WORK
Relationship Dynamics Ambassadors proactively serve and support our Operations Team in delivering on our Cornerstone of Reliable Resources, Reliable Outcomes, Reliable Insights, and our Genuine Care for People. As part of the Relationship Dynamics Team, the Ambassador will embody all of these with a high priority on our Genuine Care for People. Aligning with our strong company vision, strategic plan, and outstanding supervision. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to build and develop strong foundational relationships among our supervision. Consistently seeks alignment and unity in the mission and strategy of Gaylor Electric Instills inspiration and encouragement in employees. Finds ways to instill positivity, sharing vision, building confidence, delivering healthy challenges, while recognizing high performers Collaborates with supervision through job site transitions. As labor needs for jobs wind down and others ramp up, the Relationship Dynamic Ambassador help ensures employees stay informed, inspired, and engaged through the process Demonstrates a high level of discernment and decision-making ability. Interacts with employees and collaborates with other corporate departments to determine the appropriate course of action. Needs to have the strong sense of teamwork to collaborate with other Gaylor Electric departments Consistently present and available on jobsites. Schedules intentional travel to various jobsites and locations each week to engage and be present with employees on a personal level, taking reliable follow up communication notes and delivers on specific action items Assists with training and certifications. Works closely with Education Team and jobsite supervision to keep certifications and annual training up to date, as well as encouraging additional training to further employees' knowledge, skills, and abilities Provides coaching and mentoring. QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Proven ability to coach, mentor, and influence others High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgement Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively Experience in construction, field operations, or workforce development environments preferred
EDUCATION
High school graduate or equivalent is preferred
