About this Position Job Description Summary The Gift Shop Specialist will provide support and assistance with the operation of the Imagine Experience. The incumbent will be assisting the operation of the Imagine store, tours, and home office field events. Ensuring that administrative requirements for department are efficiently met. Provides project coordination support for projects being handled by department. The incumbent must have excellent communication skills and will help provide the Primerica Sales Force and exceptional Imagine experience. The Specialist will assist the experience by helping the supervisor schedule bookings, give and facilitate tours, store operations, event registration, process reimbursements, and any other department functions. Duluth, GA Salary range between $44K - $45K Annual Responsibilities & Qualifications Job Description Required qualifications: The Gift Shop Specialist will provide support and assistance with the operation of the Imagine Experience, working alongside the Supervisor. Will assist with the set-up, bookings, and operation of the tours. The associate will be responsible for script updates, monitoring tour displays, and keeping all tour guide equipment updated. The incumbent must be able to speak in front of large groups ranging from 25 - 200 people and must be able to give tours as needed. Will assist with the set-up and operation of store by operating cash registers, requesting bank cash runs, and preparing month end deposits. The associate will be responsible for monitoring/receiving inventory, ordering merchandise and arranging displays. The associate will assist with the communications, set-up, bookings, and operation of the Home Office Field Events. The incumbent must be willing to work weekend and evening events when needed. The associate will provide accounting and budgeting support to the department when the need arises. The associate will assist with communication, processing and delivery of travel reimbursements for our field agents.

Work experience Strong organizational skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work independently without close supervision Flexibility to handle multiple and changing priorities Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Lift up to 15-50lbs Ability to work weekends• Basic Accounting Skills Previous work experience in a retail atmosphere is a plus Ability to function well in a fast-paced, team-orientated environment Self-starter with the ability to handle unexpected and high-pressure situations Ability to stand long periods of time Ability to manage long walks (stairs included)
