Job Description

DESCRIPTION
The Seasonal GMA will develop and execute effective communication strategies that promote clear and consistent messaging across the site. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing internal communication initiatives that increase employee engagement, improve productivity, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment while interacting with associates, PXT, and leadership. Key job responsibilities Develop and maintain creative communication throughout the site through InSTALLments, ACID Feeds, InSites emails, and other mediums Conduct daily floor walk audits of physical postings, communication boards, training rooms, and office spaces Assist with coordinating events for associates, including decorations, prizes, and event materials Send calendar invites and Slack reminders for dress-up days, activities, handouts, and Birthday roundtable Assist with operations of E-Swag store and filling and distributing orders.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
high school diploma or equivalent
