Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM About Hawaiian Vanilla Co. Hawaiian Vanilla Co. is a family-owned farm located on the beautiful Hamakua Coast of Hawaiʻi. We are the 1st commercial vanilla farm in the United States and are passionate about sharing the fascinating story of vanilla through our farm tours, café, and handcrafted vanilla products. Every day we welcome visitors from around the world and strive to provide warm Hawaiian hospitality and an unforgettable experience. Position Overview We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Cashier . This is an excellent entry-level position with opportunities to grow within the company. As you gain experience, there will be opportunities to cross-train and advance into roles such as Farm Tour Guide and/or Cook . Responsibilities Greet guests with genuine aloha. Check guests in for farm tours and special events. Prepare milkshakes, ice cream, and café dessert items. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process customer purchases. Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment. Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to create an outstanding guest experience. Learn the history, cultivation, and culinary applications for vanilla in preparation to lead the farm tours.
