Travels with a group of tourists, plans site visits and daily itineraries, interprets languages, and shares specialized knowledge about a country or city with the group.

Looks to develop tour content and evaluate guest satisfaction as each tour ends. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to supervisor/manager. Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional. Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. Anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities. Provide assistance to coworkers, ensuring they understand their tasks. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces; move, lift, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality. Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
