Job Overview:
Join our team as a Tour Guide and Driver for Aloha Pixabus and embark on an exciting journey showcasing the beauty and history of our Maui. As a Tour Guide, you will have the opportunity to engage with visitors from around the world, providing them with memorable experiences and insightful knowledge about our Road to Hana experiences.
Duties:
  • Conduct engaging tours for visitors to Hana and Haleakala, sharing historical facts, cultural insights, and local anecdotes
  • Utilize public speaking skills to captivate audiences of varying sizes
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and needs of tour participants
  • Manage tour schedules efficiently to ensure timely departures and arrivals
  • Educate visitors on the significance of landmarks, attractions, and points of interest
  • Demonstrate leadership by guiding groups effectively and maintaining a positive atmosphere throughout the tour
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse groups of individuals.
  • Proficient in time management to adhere to tour schedules and provide a seamless experience for guests.
  • Excellent customer service abilities to create a welcoming and informative environment for visitors.
  • Passion for educating others about the history, culture, and highlights of Maui.
  • Drivers license and history of good driving.
