Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Tour Booking Ambassador , where your enthusiasm for travel and exceptional customer service skills will inspire and assist travelers from around the world. In this vibrant role, you'll be the friendly face guiding clients through their journey planning, ensuring every experience is seamless, personalized, and memorable. Your energy and passion for hospitality will help turn travel dreams into reality, making a positive impact on every guest interaction. Duties Engage with prospective travelers via phone, email, and live chat to understand their interests and travel goals. Provide expert advice on tour options, destinations, accommodations, and travel packages tailored to individual preferences. Assist clients in booking tours, hotels, transportation, and related services with accuracy and efficiency. Offer detailed travel planning support, including itinerary creation and activity recommendations to enhance the guest experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tour offerings, local attractions, hotel amenities, and industry trends to deliver informed guidance. Collaborate with vendors and partners to confirm reservations and coordinate special requests for travelers. Pay includes $20 per hour + commission Requirements Able to stand on your feet for 4 hours or more. Approachable outgoing personality & willing to hold posters or pass out flyers Proven experience in sales or customer service within the hospitality or travel industry. Strong communication skills with an energetic and engaging demeanor. Knowledge of travel planning processes, including hotel bookings and tour arrangements. Previous experience working in hotels or hospitality environments is highly desirable. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Passion for helping others create memorable travel experiences and a positive attitude towards guest interactions. Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends as needed
