Duties Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of foam party equipment to ensure smooth event flow Manage guest interactions with enthusiasm, providing excellent customer service and ensuring everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience Deliver engaging entertainment, including public speaking or announcements as needed Enforce safety protocols, including crowd control during high-energy events Play upbeat, high-energy tunes Monitor guest behavior closely, addressing any safety concerns promptly and professionally Work with children and families to create a fun, inclusive environment while maintaining safety standards Experience Prior experience in party/events management or hospitality roles preferred, especially in active or outdoor settings Ability to lift 50+ pounds Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience working with children in recreational or high-energy environments Public speaking skills for making announcements or leading group activities confidently Availability is the key! Most events happen on weekends from May-August, with some weekdays. Must have SUV or Truck to pick up and haul equipment to and from events.
