Full Job Description Description:
Student Ambassadors are a highly respected group of students on campus due to their knowledge of the college, their excellent customer service skills, and the professional behavior with prospective students and their families. For this reason, Ambassadors provide tours, take part in admission events, sit on panels, and help with recruitment outreach.
TOUR TIMES
Each tour is one hour long. Each ambassador will be assigned at least one tour per week. Tours take place at only the select times on the following days: Monday -
Thursday:
9:45am and 1:45pm
Friday:
10:15am, 1:45pm, and 3:00pm
Saturday:
8:45am, 10:00am (ND home games) or 9:45am, 11:00am (No ND home games)
Qualifications:
Candidates must have a variety of experiences on and off campus; this might include campus leadership positions, community service, internships, research, athletics, study abroad, and /or campus ministry. Candidates must be confident in communicating a positive experience with prospective students, families, and alumnae. Applicants must possess strong oral communication and have an outgoing personality.
Preferred Schedule:
Standard Office Hours (between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday), Weekends, There are increased number of hours when we have on-campus events.
