Position Summary Hop Shops is looking for an energetic, guest-focused Guest Services Ambassador to support our self-checkout experience. This is more than a traditional cashier role. Technology processes the transaction. The Ambassador creates the experience. Location

Responsibilities:
Welcome and confidently guide guests through the self-checkout experience. Provide friendly, memorable guest service. Assist guests with transactions and Ribbiting Rewards. Monitor self-checkout transactions for accuracy and proactively assist when needed. Resolve common guest and Power Counter issues using established procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready checkout area. Support overall store operations as needed.
Requirements:
Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable working with self-checkout technology. Dependable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must successfully complete Hop Shops GSA training and certification.
