We have facilities in Kentucky, Indiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Alabama, Florida, and Tennessee Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our CCRT team and provide support for new site start-ups, site relief, and operational needs across our facilities. This is a highly mobile position requiring the flexibility to travel to all states where support is needed . The ideal candidate is adaptable, dependable, and comfortable stepping into different environments to assist with start-ups, site coverage, and clean-up. This position requires an active RN license. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing support during new site start-ups. Travel to facilities across multiple states as needed. Provide temporary site relief and nursing coverage. Assist with site clean-up and transition activities. Support facilities when there is limited or no start-up time available. Adapt quickly to different facility environments, teams, and operational needs. Assist with maintaining quality patient care and compliance during transitions. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Willingness and ability to travel extensively to facilities across multiple states. Flexibility to provide short-term site relief and start-up support. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. NCCHC certification/experience preferred, but not required. Experience in correctional healthcare or similar environments is a plus. Travel This position requires significant travel. Travel assistance is available for assignments requiring travel to other states. A candidate located in Kentucky is preferred , but applicants must be willing to travel to other states as needed for site relief, start-ups, and clean-up assignments. Why Join Us?
